Does anyone agree with me that our field trip to Bukit Lawang was the BEST field trip we've had?? For me, it was. We have a really wonderful trip there. Ok, maybe if you let me to tell the story for you, I will continue.. :D
1st DAY:
1. we leave our beloved school, CHANDRA KUSUMA. We take the bus for about 4 hour..It's tiring and some of us fall asleep.
2. Finally we arrived at Bukit Lawang. The first thing I saw was the dirty and muddy river. I was wondering how can people swim in there
3.We walk on hanging bridge.. it makes me a little bit dizzy at first.. I'm shaky too.. hahaa
4. Then we start to collect data. for me the hardest part is math. I met 2 korean girl that can't speak english. Little problem with that
5. It was raining and we're doing our data. boring part!! lol
6. Interview started..Teachers were not as strict as usual. I think everybody are happy with that
7. BBQ time!! Chicken & Fish
8. It's almost 2 a.m lots of student still awoke..I fell sleepy so I went to bed..
2nd DAY(The Amazing Day):
1. Woke up by the sound of Tony's phone.. I look at the clock and it's just 6.30
2. Got ready for trekking activity.. took a bath
3. Had breakfast and briefing from brother "Khaidir" our trekking guide.
4. We have to walk 30 minutes to reach the forest.. We saw "pohon karet"
5. Finally we reach the forest, but the it still long way to end.
6. The trek was slippery, and muddy which make us got problem to walk. The girls were giving up. I think the boys felt pitty for the girls so we help them...hahaha :D
7. we found a small river that we can drink the water. the water taste fresh.. Our tiredness disappear for a moment
8. we saw orang utan with it's child. it's cute ^o^
9. Cross a river with a small boat? I never think about it. But we've felt it. It's really pumping adrenaline..
10. Take a break in hotel
11. on foot to "Sungai Landak" & "Gua Kampret".. funny name I think.
12. We're really tired now.. walking for 1/2 hour and still not in that place..
13. I heard the sound of river.. I felt really happy.. really clean river, I put my bag off and jump in the river..
14. Everybody arrived and jump in the river. all of tiredness have disappear
15. But after playing in the river for 1 and 1/2 hour we have to go.
16. we canceled to Gua kampret because it's not enough time anymore
17. It's raining and we ran to hotel
18. ready to got home..we didnt take shower anymore..haha
19. Everybody slept on Bus
20. Arrived on MEDAN and everybody must be real damn tired..haha
It was 8 p.m and It was the best field trip. I really think of getting back there. One thing I can tell you
" IF I WERE FRIENDS THAT DIDN'T WENT TO FIELD TRIP, I WILL BE VERY REGRET OF IT"
hahaha
but no problem, maybe next time WE still feel the same moment.
